NWT! Hanna Andersson Love to Twirl Dress 🌲

This is the love to twirl dress in gorgeous green velour. Perfect for the holidays. The dress is soft and comfy with ruffle detail at sleeve and 3 tulle ruffle rows all around. It is dressy without being fussy. The velour does look crinkled in the photo but as you can read on the pictured tag, that will resolve with a wash. Size 140 fits children 54-58 inches, 62-80 lbs and approximately age 9-11. As with most Hanna, the fit is meant to be comfy, not snug.
