NWT Harlow and Rose top

This top is so fun! It has never been worn, with tags attached. It is a deep blue color with white trim. It has a criss cross neckline and is a longer length. The sleeves have super cute ruffle feature trimmed in white. Very comfortable! Made from 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
