NWT Hocus Pocus Dress

Super cute Hocus Pocus dress from Spencers! I got it a few years back, never worn! Size medium! Thick fabric, adorable tulle - tutu style! It also has some stretch to it! The skulls and poison bottles are a beautiful touch, but I just never reach for it. Great for Halloween or just a beautiful addition to your goth/alternative wardrobe!
