(NWT) House of CB - Georgina (Size Large)

NWT; cocoa knitted corset Never worn, just didn’t feel like it fit in my closet - there is a loose thread end on edge of collar close to the zipper (picture attached) - there is a place there two thread ends appear to have been tied together (picture attached)??
