@goldengoddess3 hi there! The size small fits true to size. For example I wear a size 4/6 on top and it fits me well. The “California “ embroidery is in yellow. Hope that helps!😊

@lillybberg it depends how tall you are. I will post a pic of me modeling it. It does hit me at the hip but again it depends on your height. For reference I am 5’6”
