NWT I.N.C. Medium 2 Layer Lace Top

New With Tags I.N.C. Says Petite, but it's long and fits like a normal medium. Beautiful lace shell is lined with a cotton layer. Despite being two layers is cool and breezy to wear thanks to the cotton. Could be dressed up for date night or dressed down for brunch with your girlfriends.
