this black sequinned dress is by INc International Concepts. it is a size S. it has a black satin collar and cuffs. there is a side zipper and a split side front but fully lined skirt underneath. Pit to Pit this dress measures 17" and is 35" shoulder to hem. the waistband measures 28" around.
