NWT Ice Cream 1pc Romper with Hair Bow

Baby blue with tiny little polka-dots short romper. I cream is an embroidered appliqué. The outfit is brand new with tags from Dillard’s Starting Out brand. The hair bow was made by me and is 2 layered grosgrain ribbon with embroidery. Has an alligator clip with a nonslip grip attached... never worn.
