egogoodsandfind @marronen01 I don't think so, it has more of a long line fit to it, but with the tie around the hips/lower hip it may give some body types a more boxy appearance. The length is what gives it a more "long" look than boxy.

egogoodsandfind @marronen01 Then I would find something that doesn't tie around the lower hip....wouldn't risk it. It is really cute, and you don't have to tie it but with the seams running across the body for the sash/hem it will appear more boxy on most figures.
