Brand new with tags! No flaws. Features super cute boho tiered style with polka dots and lined embroidery throughout. Full-button front, adjustable straps and elastic back for a flexible fit. There is a slit at the bottom front where the buttons end to help with movement. Dress is lined to first tier (about knee length). Please see photos for measurements.
