NWT Indigo Thread Co. Dress

I love this dress! Bought for myself without trying on. To my disappointment, the bust is too tight. The dress is blue with a blue floral lacy overlay. It’s dark blue at the bottom and fades into light blue at the top. The back of the bodice is elasticized. My dress form is short. About 48 inches at the shoulder.
