NWT Ingwa Melero Green Chiffon Mini Dress

New with tags! I have for sale a beautiful chiffon mini dress by Ingwa Melero that is embellished with a rhinestone brooch at the bust. It's very lightweight! It is lined with a 2nd layer of chiffon, so I think it is still a bit sheer; for that matter, it could be worn as lingerie---it's certainly pretty enough! It measures 25" long and 13.5" across the top. I did find a couple tiny faint spots near the bottom----I didn't notice them til I steamed-ironed the dress.
