NWT Ivy Ridge Polka Dots Sleeveless Ruched Blouse Plus Women’s 3X

New with tags Ivy Ridge Black with white polka dots blouse is plus size 3X. Polka dots are in vertical lines. Sleeveless blouse is ruched in the front on the left side. This is why my youngest daughter didn’t like the blouse. With her sensory issues it just didn’t feel right. She said it was true to size. Top has a rounded neckline. Made in Vietnam of 95% polyester 5% spandex. Armpit to armpit is 25” across front. Shoulder to hem on ruched side is 24” long.
