NWT J. Crew Navy/White Polka Dot Halter Dress

NWT J. Crew cream halter dress with navy blue polka dots. 100% cotton. Skirt is lined. Lining 100% cotton. Halter and top part of band are sewn with double fabric for lining. I purchased this dress to go with a bathing suit (see pic; not for sale in this listing) but decided not to wear it. Skirt length is approx. 23 3/4" from bottom of waist. Waist band is approx. 2 1/4". Skirt has some fullness.
