tmbergeron4512 I like the A-Line fit better than pencil fit. Could I have waist and length measurement and I know the hip may be hard but 9 inches down from waist band if possible? Ty

naehamel @tmbergeron4512 no problem! Laying flat, the elastic waist is 13.5 inches wide. It has a good amount of stretch and stretches to approximately 20 inches wide. The skirt is 22 inches long from waistline to hemline. From 9 inches below the waistline, it measures 21.5 inches across/wide. The bottom hemline of the skirt is approximately 25 foot niches across/wide. Please let me know if you have any additional questions! Happy to assist.
