NWT J. Crew pink ruffle tier skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased recently. It’s so lovely and I love the color but it’s too big for me. I’m a size 4 short (this skirt is 4T) but this fits like a 6T IMO. Approximate measurement: waist 13” with stretchy elastic in back, length 19.5”, hips 18”.
