NWT J. Crew sheath dress with ruffle hem

New with tags. Never worn. Purchased from J. Crew. Sleeveless pique sheath dress. High neckline and a ruffle bottom hem. Pretty cornflower blue color. Fully lined, but lining does not stretch. Lighter weight spring fabric but could transition well with a sweater or blazer. Cotton/elastane shell and polyester lining. Size 18 but runs small. Closer to a big 16.
