Shorts have belt loops as well as two open back pockets two front pockets and two side cargo pockets. Rise is 9.5 inches and inseam is 9 inches. Waist flat across is 17 inches with stretched to 18 inches. Fabric is 97% cotton 3% spandex, which gives the material a good amount of stretch.
