NWT J.Crew Mercantile light indigo chambray bell-sleeve dress! Nice, lightweight fabric! NWT because I accidentally bought two. (New dress is still sealed in plastic packaging. Photos of dress I wore so you can see what it looks like! ☺️) Size says small but fits more like a medium. Color closest to middle picture.
