NWT Palermo smocked waist dress in beautiful Liberty fabric in a green, yellow, white, and blue colorway. Beautiful flower pattern all over. Lightweight dress with smocked waist and billowy sleeves that have elastic at the wrists. Three quarter length sleeves. NWT and never worn. Dress is unlined. Just not a perfect fit for me and I bought it final sale.
