Ruffle sleeve and neck detail. Fabric has a textured dot pattern. It is very soft and has stretch to it. Size large. Brand New with tags. I bought it final sale and decided it's a little short for me (I have a long torso). I think it would work well with high rise jeans. Comes from a pet free and smoke free home.
