NWT J.Crew strapless Swiss dot dress in navy (size 10)

This is a NWT J.Crew strapless navy dress in a Swiss dot fabric and a size 10. It has pockets and a second built in zipper and elastic to help the dress stay up (see pictures) and if has cure pleating on the front. This dress would be so cute this spring and summer - you could wear it almost anywhere- and it is such a universal neutral color.
