NWT J.O.A. Cowl Neck Dress

NWT beautiful dijon color dress with polka dots. I bought it and it is just a little too small and they do not sell it anymore so I cannot exchange it. I would love to sell or trade for a large! It is perfect. The fabric is polyester but so buttery soft and hangs beautifully. Straps are adjustable because of the tie in the back so it can fit all different heights.
