NWT Jacket and Skirt by Decade Designs Set

Jacket and Skirt very nice from the 90’s by Decade Designs. Please check out the picture as you will notice there is a detailed seam that creates more of a closer fit in the hips and then flares out from the seam to the bottom of the hem. I have included measurements. Does have shoulder pads. The flare out of the skirt begins at 9-11 inches from the waist.
