New with tag; this jacket is lined, there are two breast pockets and two side pockets. The closure are buttons. Also, there is a cord on the inside lining. The jacket is army green. The material is Exterior 100% Cotton and the Lining is 100% Polyester. It has a very soft feeling to it.
