dnj626 @straylor39 hi, just measured flat across waist is 17', hips 20' and length 23'. There is some stretch in the hip/thigh but no so much in the waist.

dnj626 @gwillis93 hi, no its part of the fabric, not sprayed. Almost like painted. Not sure how else to describe it. Hope that helps.

gwillis93 @dnj626 It does help, thanks! Do you think the gold would come off after washing? Weird question, I know. But there's someone else who sold this same skirt on their site. The only difference was the gold was way more faded and the skirt was more blue- which is what I liked about it.
