NWT Japna mint green print halter pleated dress.XS

Brand new with tags Japna dress, halter neck pleated skirt in a mint green print, almost look like leaves. The back fastens at top but is open to waist. Mannequin is too big to show the back with top button fastened. Waist is elasticated. Material is semi sheer but is lined. Waist approx 11 inches unstretched and 12 inches stretched. Length approx 41 inches
