NWT Jay Ahr Pleated Silk Evening Gown in beautiful blue. This dress is new with tags and cost $5000, however it does have some flaws. The top layer of silk has some small pulls around the bottom hem and some other places. Not really noticeable while wearing, but the price reflects these flaws. Great for prom or a formal.
