NWT Jessica Howard Dress

Purchased a couple of dresses while in a hurry for a wedding recently. Did not try this one on and didn’t end up wearing. I was out of town and cannot return. My loss is your gain. Beautiful dress with pleated top that fades to a full skirt. Fully lined. Feels more like satin than cotton. Great for day wedding, church, maybe even work depending on the office formality. Could be dressed down as well (with flats and a cardigan). Such a sweet dress just a little sweeter than I am maybe. If it sells great if not I will make it work.
