NWT, Jessica Howard - LBD with pinwheel detail, 6

Little black dress from Jessica Howard Evenings with v-neck and back and a lovely pinwheel detail on the skirt. Bodice is made of soft and forgiving polyester/spandex for comfort and plenty of stretch. Bust measures 17" across, waist is 13" flat, dress is 43" long from the shoulder. Skirt is lightly lined with netting on the bottom for a little flare. NWT, however size tag is missing, but who cares? It's just a number!
