beautiful black 70s inspired maxi dress with floral embroidered neckline, billowing sleeves, and tie back us size 4, please see measurements, this dress runs large/generous. it fits me well as a us 8 (38 bust, 30waist, 42 hip) but I struggled to get out of it (tight in the bust, had to peel it off instead of pulling my arms in first) viscose the first size chart pictured is for body measurement suggestions the second is the actual garment measurements Poshmark is rolling back the buyer fees, sellers have to pay 20% of the sale to the platform.
