NWT Jones New York black w/white trim skirt

This beautiful black skirt has 2 pleats in the front with white trim... it is A-line....95% polyester, 5% elastane (stretch) size 14 W but I believe it fits more like a 16W. Length is 24 in. Waist is 37”. Has to be dry-cleaned.
