NWT Joseph Ribcoff Black and White Strapless Dress

NWT Beautiful Joseph Ribcoff Black and White Strapless dress in gorgeous tiered file fabric that is a polyester, lycra and nylon blend for wrinkle free wear wearabilty and fit! Front is alternating tiered design in black and white and back is solid black with zipper up the center. Dress is fully lined in black fabric. Inside features a rubberized hem at the top of dress to help hold the dress in place (detail of this shown in last picture). Dress features built in cups at bust. Measurements shown. Uderarm to hem measures 34" and across bust Measures 15. In pictures showing dress on hanger I have the dress hanging from the satin ribbons used to hand the dress up...these are not straps! Brand New/Excellent condition!(NOTE: This dress is STRAPLESS...the picture of the dress on the hangar show the black satin loops that allow it to be hung up. These are not straps.)
