These loafers are brand new in box with tags. They were only briefly tried on indoors. They are marked as a US 8 / EU 39 / UK 6. However, please note that they may run a bit larger than other Joules shoes made in the same size or perhaps the square toe makes the sizing more generous (they were too big for me even though I own other footwear by this brand in this size).
