NWT- Jules & Jim Maternity Twist Top Dress. Blue Sz S/P

This is a gorgeous sapphire blue dress from Jules and Jim in size small-petite. Nice design cuts and seaming work. Designed and made in Canada. It's 3/4 sleeve and knee length in 80% polyester, 18%% rayon, 2%spandex. It has great stretch, but it is a solid weight jersey -not thin T-shirt weight jersey. Bust is about 32 inches unstretched  Waist about 28 inches unstretched. Length about 37 inches from top of shoulder to bottom side hem. Front hem appears to be longer than back. Condition: excellent, new. Store sale had tag with wrong sizing on it. See pics.
