NWT Karl Lagerfeld top - faux double shirt - bow tie - black and white - size L

Brand new and originally $119.50. There is one tiny spot on the front of the shirt (pictured). I have not tried to remove it because the shirt is new and I didn't want to wash it. I feel like it will come out easily. Shirt is made to look like 2 pieces, but is only one, so there is no bulk. It is unlined and the fabric is soft. Pockets and buttons on the front are non functioning. From a non smoking home. Flat measurements: pit to pit 21.5" center back to hem 25"
