NWT Kathy Roberts Black Dress

Kathy Roberts black dress. V neck cut with ruffles down the front ending in a small front center slit. Dress is polyester rayon and spandex. Soft with a little stretch. Size 8. Dress is NWT. There are small thread belt loops on the sides and one in front but no belt with the dress. These could easily be removed or a belt added. Hidden zipper in back.
