I am so obsessed by this tea length cocktail dress! Size 8. Pit to pit is 18.5 inches. Side zipper. Upper waist (located 17 inches below shoulder)is 15 inches. Lower waist (located 19 inches below shoulder) is 16.5 inches. Handkerchief hem length is 47 inches on top end, 53 inches on low end. 100% shiny polyester. Fully lined.
