NWT Kay Unger velvet cocktail dress (missing belt)

Beautiful dusty rose velvet eyelet cocktail dress. Size 10. Strapless (hanging on the hanger straps for photos). Lined in a nude color. Never worn, tag still on — but a belt is missing.
