NWT Keepsake The Label Heart & Soul Midi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @seattlesalvage. Loved it, but it didn’t quite fit me. It’s absolutely stunning and is such great quality. This dress is a S and fits like a 2. I am normally a size 4 in dresses and this was able to zip and looked KILLER! But a little too snug on me. Confident that this would fit someone that’s a size 2 instead. Questions?
