msmith10549 @alanajffgg NWT is “new with tags”. This dress was not considered a plus size. I wear a 10 in dresses, and I found that this dress was slightly big on my body shape. I believe it could easily accommodate sizes near a 10 or bigger given it’s flowy style! My bra size is a 36 C and the bust was also bigger than my liking
