NWT Kismet show shirt

I bought this cute fru fru ruffle show shirt a couple of years ago. I so very much wanted a ruffle sleeve riding shirt and it’s perfect under a hunting jacket. Unfortunately, this shirt runs small. I’ve lost 50 pounds and it’s still tight in the chest. I’ve taken measurements across chest and arm pit to arm pit with the fabric in stretched.
