Beautiful blue midi dress with a 70s inspired dainty floral print. Flutter sleeves, scoop neckline, fitted top and flaring A-line hem, attached ties on the waist. Made of heavyweight viscose with a beautiful satin surface. Armpit-armpit 21” Waist width 17.5” Shoulder-hem 50” NWT never worn. Very light staining at the end of one tie, small manufacturing flaw in the print on back hem (white line, pictured).
