espressibean @gkp000 hello! Official AP sizing puts M at US size 6 (bra equivalent 34C), L at US size 8 (36D), and XL at US size 10 (38D). If your wife wears 36C, size L is probably more appropriate — the shoulder straps are adjustable and that way it shouldn’t be too tight across her rib cage. Hope that’s helpful!
