LIMITED TOO Puffer Vest with Leggings

Adorable NWT set by Limited Too. White with multicolor polka dots fleece lined puffer vest. Cotton/spandex black leggings, which are always a good basic. *There is a small stain on the lower back bottom ruffle of the vest. It may wash out, but I haven’t attempted since it has tags attached.
