NWT LOFT Halter Romper

Floral halter romper from Ann Taylor LOFT, size XSPetite. Tie string at the neck area where I’ve tied it and untied it (see pictures). Pockets on each side, and there’s a black slip-layer attached on the inside too. Some elastic along the waistline, hidden zipper in the back. Pet-free and smoke-free home. Brand new, never worn! Dimensions from waist to bottom is a little over 12 inches
