NWT LOFT Wrap Skort Dress Size 12

This dress is very flattering, just a little small for me. It is a skort underneath the dress with a half zipper on the side as shown in the photos. It then wraps over that to form a flattering v-neck with a tie on the side. There is a snap closure at the top of the v-neck to keep it secured in place. Super cute! It looks like a dress from both the front and back; you can’t see that there is a skort underneath.
