NWT - LOVE J dress - sz jr. plus 3X - white/black

NWT - LOVE J very pretty white with black pin stripes V-neck dress with layered blouson sleeves and matching fabric attached tie at waist - sz jr plus 3X - back zipper - THERE IS A SMALL MARK ON THE BACK OF THE LEFT SLEEVE (see last photo) I don't know what this mark is or if it will come out when washed - Approx. Measurements: armpit to armpit 22" - waist: 20" - hips 27" - top of shoulder to bottom hem 39" - Material content: 98% polyester/2% rayon - hand wash in cold water
