cjgirl80 @a_to_z_apparel hi, the bust measurement when laid flat is 13.5 in but the back is very stretchy so it is meant to accommodate more. The shoulder is pretty much not fitted so it is difficult to measure. I find this dress pretty true to size, and would fit up to size 2. Thank you!
