In new excellent condition. No rips snacks or stains, tears orders, etc. made in Italy. These are perfect to wear with booties or even boots. Material does have stretch to it and there is a small vaccine from the foot to the top of the ankle. The size is small however, it is shown on my foot, which is a size 8.5 and there was plenty of room.
